Because this question is asked a lot
I'm going to answer it here.
I am unable to send any DVD's, CD's
or other material related to LES MILLS or NIKE as I have signed
a contract (as has every other certified instructor), to say that I won't.
The idea of these systems is that they are done with a fully qualified
instructor so that you can have a safe and enjoyable workout which you will
benefit from. These are not designed for you to do at home. It is much more
fun with a group of people.
I do have some information on of
these programmes and pregnancy, but the best resources are available from
the programme provider there are links below.
